Volleyball Camp
The 8th Annual Synergy Volleyball Camp to train girls and boys who are new to volleyball, have limited experience, or want to further their skills. Young athletes learn the fundamentals of volleyball through age-appropriate drills, which improve skills in serving, setting, hitting, defense, and team concepts.

Basketball Camp
The 17th Annual Synergy Basketball Camp teaches boys and girls the basics of basketball through age-appropriate drills that improve dribbling, passing, defense, team concepts, and shooting skills. This camp is instructional, but also designed to be fun!
